Who we are
Czech Hikes runs guided day trips from Prague. These terms govern booking and joining our tours. By booking, you agree to them. Contact: info@czechhikes.com, +420 775 622 690.
Booking & confirmation
You book online by choosing a date, the number of travellers per age group and your details. Your place is confirmed once you receive our confirmation email. You are responsible for giving us correct contact details.
Prices & what's included
Prices are shown per person by group (adults, kids, etc.) and include round-trip transport from Prague, a licensed local guide, lunch, water and the entrance fees listed for the tour. They do not include travel insurance, gratuities, souvenirs or personal expenses. The full price is shown before you pay.
Payment
You can pay online by card securely (via Stripe) or reserve now and pay in cash on the day of the tour. We do not store your card details; they are handled by Stripe.
Cancellation & refunds
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before departure for a full refund. After that, or for a no-show, the booking is non-refundable. To cancel, email us at info@czechhikes.com.
Changes or cancellation by us
For safety or weather reasons we may reschedule or cancel a departure. If we do, we offer you another date or a full refund. We are not responsible for additional costs (e.g. accommodation or flights) outside the tour itself.
Your responsibilities
Please arrive on time at the agreed pickup point with suitable shoes and clothing. You take part according to your own fitness; tell us about any relevant medical condition when you book. Follow the guide's instructions during the tour.
Liability & safety
Our tours involve outdoor activity and walking; you take part at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for harm resulting from not following the guide's instructions, from your state of health or from circumstances beyond our control. We recommend your own travel insurance.
Complaints
If something doesn't go as expected, tell us as soon as possible at info@czechhikes.com and we'll do our best to put it right.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. Disputes will be handled by the competent Czech courts, without affecting any rights you have as a consumer.
